We are back after one-week off! We hope everybody had a great bye week. This week wide receiver Malik Turner joins the podcast to let fans know a little bit more about him! On this week's episode, Russell’s brother Harry Wilson and his business partner DJ Eidson join the podcast. Russell’s starts by recapping the Atlanta game and his first trip to Mercedes-Benz Stadium (2:20). It’s Wilson-to-Willson! This week, Russell and Daniel were live at Seahawks Headquarters with Luke Willson. Russell & Luke start the show by discussing last Sunday’s game against Cleveland, when Russell’s headset went dead during the team’s scoring drive right before halftime (:43), and then talk about the fact that the game was the first time either of them had travelled to Cleveland (4:10). Luke then describes his football journey and how he ended up back in Seattle (6:40). He also explains his superstitions about his hair (10:15), and what it was like being on Hard Knocks (12:20). And since the Seahawks/Packers NFC Championship game in 2014 has been selected by the NFL Network as the 44th greatest game of all time, the guys share what they remember about that game (20:25).

This week we are live at the Seahawks headquarters with special guest Tyler Lockett. Russell and Tyler start the show off by talking about their miraculous throw and catch during Thursday’s game (1:10). Tyler talks about how he rids himself of nerves before games (4:30), and how he has started to appreciate his life more (10:10). The guys then discuss how loud the 12’s were on Thursday, and their reactions to the Rams’ missing their game winning field goal attempt (11:40). Tyler then gives an insight into his book ‘Reflections’; what it’s about and why he wrote it (16:30). To end the show, Russell and Tyler give advice to kids who are told “they won’t make it” (27:45).

On today's episode Russell and Daniel begin by discussing the Hawks loss to the Saints and what they can do moving forward (0:30). Russell explains how he and Ciara became friends with Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, why the Wade’s were in Seattle for the game, and the upcoming movie they all are partnering on (3:40). Scott Pickett, Russell’s childhood best friend and current business partner joins the show (12:40). They tell stories about how they met (13:30), and their current friendship (14:50). They wrap up the show by answering a number of fan questions (23:50) including how Russell spends time with his daughter Sienna and how to get over losing a loved one.

On this weeks episode Russell and Daniel are joined by Seahawks TE Will Dissly and WR D.K. Metcalf. They begin by recapping the teams big win against the Steelers in Pittsburgh (1:00).
