US President Donald Trump says there are 'one or two very thorny, very tough issues' remaining as he attempts to broker a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.

Now he can add a nuclear-capable missile system to the list... with Russia announcing that it's mobilised its Oreshnik missiles in neighbouring Belarus, a system that Russian President Vladimir Putin claims can strike targets across Europe and evade interception.
