Jeff Patty joins Ryan to discuss his run for House District 38 against Democrat Gretchen Rydin. Incumbent Democrat Rep. David Ortiz served two 2-year terms but chose not to run for re-election in 2024.
The district was represented by a Republican as recently as 2018 by Rep. Susan Beckman, but Ortiz won the next two elections by 11 points. HD-38 now encompasses Littleton and Columbine Valley in the southwestern portion of Arapahoe County.
