Having just met Regular Strength Nathan when walking into the studio, you can literally HEAR how quickly this guy makes friendships!

This week, Super Strong Ryan got the WONDERFUL human being, Ana Laidley into the studio and it is a TREAT for your dang ears!

Ana is an AMAZING samba dancer from Brazil who Ryan fell madly in love with, and now all of you will too.

She is a sweetie pie, hilarious, and a huge ball of contagious energy!!!
