Welcome back to Episode #19 of the Ryan and Kelly Show. On this episode we discuss insecurities and share some of ours. Let's face it, we all are insecure beings. If you say, "you're not" then you're lying. Yes, we just called you a liar! Talking about your insecurities is freeing. It's admitting that you're not perfect and you struggle. You become very vulnerable but that's where growth happens. Push play, turn up the volume and let us know what you think.

In Episode 18, we give our take on International Women's Day and talk about why so many moms feel the need to be perfect. Take a listen and let us know your thoughts. Ahhh...When your kid calls it quits? As a parent there are mixed emotions, at least for me (Ryan typing). My first thought was, nope, no way you're going to quit. Then you take your own (parent) advice and sleep on it to absorb the situation in it's entirety. Push play to listen to how we handled this situation. Agree or disagree with our approach?
