We talk about how the white don't give us a chance to begin with, then when Jay Z builds a company he doesn't employ blacks. How can we not support a man in one aspect of his career then turn around and want him to empower us by employing black people. Black people as a whole needs to start empowering ourselves. Parents needs to empower thier children instead of Rapper, Athletics, Politicians, etc...
