Ben’s mom is experiencing some side effects from the cell treatment, and to experiment on himself Ben injects some cells into himself too. Cami kills Ryan in order to protect Meredith and the baby, and as a result, Xander is left to help clean up the mess. Lastly, at the end of episode 4 we see Ryn and her baby jump into the ocean.
