Comparison is all around us, and comparing our life to others is human nature...but that doesn't mean it has to be a negative experience!


In this episode I coach you on both cycles of comparison - the negative and the positive - and you get to decide for yourself which you want to partake in! Both cycles are compromised of 4 phases: Data Collection, Mindset, Action or Inaction, and Results. Whether you're stuck with thoughts of feeling behind or getting results that aren't meeting your expectations, re-evaluating your relationship with comparison will help you regain focus and direction on what really matters - YOUR journey -
