In the hours leading up to your game, do you find yourself paralyzed with overthinking? When at practice, do you catch yourself dwelling on competitions weeks away? Whatever the circumstance, overthinking can create clouded judgement, hesitations, and poor performance.

All to often athletes are told 'get out of your head' - but not told how to accomplish just that. In this episode I provide 4 strategies to do just that - eliminate overthinking. I'll discuss how, in different situations, these strategies can aid in clearing your thoughts so you can focus on performing at peak level.
