Meet Anna Spencer - a former high school volleyball, track and weightlifting athlete. Currently crushing it in her local gym six days a week! She has also recently finished her personal training certification and is working on becoming both a nutrition coach and a certified yoga instructor. Anna has a truly inspiring story to share with athletes from all backgrounds. She has overcome injuries, self-harm, depression, unhealthy relationships with food, and significant weight gain and loss. Her outlook on life has grown into one of confidence, self-kindness, and an attitude of "It Can Be Done".
