Let's talk about motivation; when you have it, it's the best feeling in the world. You're crushing workouts, you're seeing results, you're reaching goals you've set…basically you feel like an unstoppable badass.

But just like energy, the feeling of motivation tends to ebb and flow.

What does it feel like when you don't have motivation? Maybe you're just going through the motions, you're focused on everything but your sport, you come up with excuses, or maybe you're even debating quitting all together.

If you're experiencing any of this, then this episode is for you. Let's take a look at how to generate your motivation, I want to help you keep a fire to your passions and motivation to the reasons why you show up as an athlete. In this episode I'll provide you two concrete ways to generate your motivation, and one routine practice that can help you identify why you're feeling a lack of motivation in the first place.
