Stephanie is a mom of two beautiful girls - Annabella and Sophia. She worked at NASA for eight years as an Organizational Psychologist and coach. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and is also a Licensed Human Element® Practitioner and Brain-Based Coach.

Stephanie guides women in all stages of motherhood (re)discover themselves. her passion lies in helping moms ditch perfectionism and people pleasing, be more true to themselves, and feel more calm, confident, and at ease.
