It’s week 6 and we’re at the Mount of Transfiguration. This mountain is where Jesus took Peter, James and John to the top and demonstrated His glory, known as transfiguration. Peter, James and John experience an incredible, intense moment of worship, face-to-face with the manifest presence of God. After this, they walked down to meet a father, desperate at the foot of the mountain, where he asks Jesus to cast out a demon from his son.

Sometimes we’re in the place of the dad in the valley who is desperate for a miracle. Sometimes we’re the disciples coming down from the mountain top sent on mission to gather, anoint and pray for those who need it.
