In the final portion of our two-part series with Tom & Lynn Dwyer we learn how the couple guided their multi-sport athlete daughters during their early adolescence and how and why they changed tack as their girls grew older. 

We discover what the Dywers consider best practices for young athletes during the college recruiting process. Their opinion is informed by their experiences as college lacrosse players, their research on the subject, and close contacts with former college lacrosse players who are now high school lacrosse coaches.  

Further on in the interview Lynn describes what it took to win a Women's D1 NCAA national championship when her Harvard team stunned the Lady Terrapins of Maryland in 1990. 

Towards the end of the interview a listener question sparks debate as Tom cuts loose, riffing on how our co-host, The Big Dawg, welched on a golf bet thirty years ago. Have a laugh and listen to Ron's irrational rationalizations...which linger on to this very day.
