USA Lacrosse Hall of Famer, Bill Tierney, who recently concluded, perhaps the most successful lacrosse coaching career of all time, sits down with his good friend Mike Daly, the current head men's lacrosse coach at Brown, and our co-hosts, Jay McMahon & Ron Dalgliesh, to discuss their love of the sport of lacrosse and the many life lessons they have picked up along the way. We explore the role of both the so called "Xs and the Os" as well as "the Jimmys and the Joes". Their answers may change your perspective on both. 

These two coaches, one who did not play lacrosse, another who would not have played had it not been for dropping baseball after his freshman year in college, discuss how they have formed a unique bond after they crossed paths over 25 years ago. 

We also dig into to what has made both of these innovative coaches so successful, and how their unique approach, one to offense, the other to defense, has had a lasting affect on the game of lacrosse over the years.
