In this second portion of our interview series with perhaps the greatest Men's D1 lacrosse coach of all time, Bill Tierney, and his close mentee of over twenty years, head Brown Men's lacrosse coach and former DIII national champion while at Tufts, Mike Daly, we listen in as the coaches describe what they see as the most important qualities of today's men's college recruits. 
Both coaches also describe how their relationship developed over the years and reached such a zenith in 2015, the year they simultaneously won the DI and DIII national championships,  that  Coach Tierney said it felt like they both had a part in each others accomplishment. 
Coach Tierney also tells some very amusing stories and anecdotes, and goes into fine detail as he recounts the highs and the lows of a very special career that spanned over four decades.
