In this second installment of our three part interview series with Division III Men's Lacrosse coaches, Dave Webster of Dickinson and Scott Hackett-Dalgleish of RPI, our guests describe the inner workings of their twenty some odd year relationship and how it has matured over the years as Scott went from recruit to top player to assistant and eventually head lacrosse coach as a mentee of sorts of Coach Webster's. 

The coaches discuss exactly what it is they look for in college lacrosse recruits. 

They also reveal what they consider the best way for perspective college lacrosse players to train on their own to improve their game as well as improve their performance come game time.
