In this third and final installment of our three part interview series with Division III Men's Lacrosse coaches, Dave Webster of Dickinson and Scott Hackett-Dalgleish of RPI, our guests describe the inner workings of their recruiting process and how they interact with young recruits and their parents. 
Importantly, they reveal the timeline of initial communication, and subsequent communication leading up to the college visit. 
During this process the coaches discuss what they consider to be the some very pertinent "Do's and Don'ts" for both recruits and their families. 
And finally, our roving reporter, Steve Gresalfi, joins us and asks some hilarious and intriguing questions of our guests. Their answers will likely surprise you!
