17-year old Bianca Devins, from Utica, NY, was murdered by 21-year old Brandon Clark in July of 2019. The two became friends through Discord, but Brandon had a secret obsession with Bianca (and even told others that they were dating when they weren't). Bianca was under the impression they were friends until Brandon caught Bianca kissing her crush and that's when Brandon made the plan to kill Bianca then himself.
