An estimated 1.25 million people in the UK have an eating disorder. 

People of all ages, genders, bodies and backgrounds are impacted, including blind and partially sighted people. 

Amelia talked to Kat Nicholls about her personal experiences of vision loss and an eating disorder. She also talked to Beat Clinical Advice Co-ordinator Umairah Malik about the support available for individuals with eating disorders and their loved ones.
