For this week’s regular check in with Pharmacist Elizabeth Roddick from New Life Pharmacy in Glasgow we were focusing on the skin condition Eczema to find out what it actually is and how to manage and cope with the condition.

Elizabeth began by explaining to our Toby Davey exactly what eczema is and what causes the condition.

Elizabeth also talks about the best way to treat and cope with eczema and how much stress might play in flare ups of the condition and how to hopefully reduce stress too.
