Sharing his perfect Coronation Weekend recipe for his broccoli cheddar salad is blind cooking enthusiast Scott Racine. 
 
Ingredients:

<ul>
<li>2 heads of broccoli broken up (6 cups)</li>
<li>355 ml shredded cheddar cheese</li>
<li>80 ml chopped onion</li>
<li>355 ml mayonnaise</li>
<li>177 ml sugar</li>
<li>3 tbsp of red wine vinegar (but can be substituted for any vinegar)</li>
<li>12 crispy and cooked bacon strips</li>
<li>optional: raisins of cranberries for sweetness</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<div>Method:</div>
<ol>
<li>Mix together your broccoli, cheddar and onion in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Mix mayo with sugar and vinegar, toss in with your broccoli and mix up.</li>
<li>Keep cool in a refrigerator and add your chopped up bacon on top to serve.</li>
