Emma Jane Purcell chats to people at the top of their game about failure - from their first memory of failure to how they cope with it now.

Since graduating from the Lir, Paul has been cast in leading roles in some of Ireland's biggest theatre productions. Paul will play the role of Connell in the much anticipated BBC Three and Hulu series 'Normal People' directed by Lenny Abrahmson, due for release in Spring 2020. Paul can currently be seen on stage in 'The Lieutenant of Inishmore' which is running in The Gaiety Theatre Dublin until mid March.

But Paul is not here to talk about success - he's here to talk about failure.
