On loan Aldershot striker Bernard Mensah gives us his thoughts on his return to the club and we look at the latest goings on in the North and South Divisions including good wins for East Thurrock, Weston-Super-Mare, Hereford and AFC Telford.

Our Step 3 focus is on Weymouth and we chat to their manager Mark Moseley as well as looking at the future changes to Step 3.
