Emma Jane Purcell chats to people at the top of their game about failure - from their first memory of failure to how they cope with it now.  

Marcus is considered one of Ireland's top D.J's. -  recently headlining the Heineken stage at Electric Picnic and featuring on the cover of Hot Press magazine. Marcus is a self made man and is also known as a successful chef, comedian, bingo loco extraordinaire and he runs his own club nights. In February Marcus co-opened  Anti Social Dublin which is fast becoming the city's most popular bar.

But Marcus is not here to talk about success - he's here to talk about failure.
