RNIB volunteer, Gordon Harris is also a member of Ceredigion Association for the Blind.  The society is offering blind and partially sighted people in the county, who are interested in technology, the opportunity to apply for a loan or grant.  Gordon explains the process and talks about how technology has made his life easier.
