With Covid very much in the news at the moment with the Omicron variant and booster vaccinations too, for this weeks regular check in with Pharmacist Elizabeth Roddick from New Life Pharmacy in Glasgow Connect Radio’s Toby Davey began by asking Elizabeth if there was any update on the new medicine that was brought out at the beginning of December to treat Covid.  

Elizabeth also gave some suggestions on home remedies to have in stock just in case over the holiday period and with maybe some of us eating more chocolate than we would normally do over Christmas, Elizabeth answered that burning question whether chocolate is really bad for us?
