Levi quits and Richard visits him in the basement and we get a wonderful scene of Richard trying to understand video games. David Hamilton has his groundbreaking surgery and during it Owen ends up back in surgery, causing Amelia to have to choose where to operate. 

Episode 12 is the cabin (ick), Amelia and Kai having sex for the first time (hot) and Maggie having a fever dream about her birth mom. 

There is a moment in the episode where I mispronoun Kai and we want to acknowledge this because their pronouns are they/them.
