Kay believes that our bodies give away our secrets and she has a secret that she shares with us. She has a #metoo story and she candidly shares this experience with us, explaining the sexual abuse that she suffered from when she was a child. Kay recognises how much the healing work that she has done over many years has helped to heal her and propel her into the positive place that she is in today.
