Blackers and Unca need no introduction.  Best known for "Storytime", many may have forgotten that John and Bruce also wrote and recorded a parody of the "Dad and Dave" radio serial.  Yesterday I featured an original recording of Blackers and Unca's "Dave and Dad" from the early 1980s.

In 2015, John Blackman had a regular segment with Bruce and Philip on Nightline.  Bruce brought in the original Dave and Dad scripts, and we recreated the series more than 30 years after it was originally written.  This is and episode from the 2015 version
