In this thought provoking interview with my childhood friend, yoga teacher Sat Siri Rachel, we talk about living in grace and the profound shifts to liberation that reveal what is hidden in plain sight. I ask Sat Siri what brings her home to herself, it doesn’t have to be kundalini yoga, that is just one tool. Sat Siri shares her own personal experience and growth that has allowed her to live in alignment with her own integrity.

Sat Siri has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over twenty years and teaching Kundalini Yoga for fourteen. She practiced Iyengar Yoga, Vipassna Meditation, and many other modalities before finding Kundalini Yoga. Sat Siri is a teacher of teachers, her classes are open to all levels – uplifting, challenging and healing.
