Rick Koenig has a story that should be a movie. He has worked with some big names as well as some of the wrong names. He talks about his time in Prison and his loyalty to his Dad. He discusses the issues with security for high priority clients. In all of the things going on in Ricks life the one constant has always been Martial Arts. This comes with no surprise to find out the one thing he falls back onto after prison is his Gym, where he helps train clients with martial arts as well as weight management.
