In 2002 Jermaine Carlos Diaz plead guilty in federal court to sex trafficking related charges and as a result he was required to register as a sex offender. The federal case was result from when he was a child and was charge as an adult. But rather changing his way in 2006 he was arrested for sex assault and was sentence in 2008 to State charges and which also required him to also required him to register as a sex offender.
