We are all a balance of Yin and Yang energy - two natural, complementary and contradictory forces in our universe, with qualities that oppose each other while at the same time complement each other.  Feminine energy is yin, receptive, gentle, intuitive,and fulfilling. Masculine energy is yang, active, fast, fierce, emptying, goal-oriented and focused. But a balance of both energies allows us to be harmonious within.
