UK sight loss charity RNIB has launched a new campaign to highlight the postcode lottery of service, when it comes to local council provision of Vision Rehab services.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Hannah Donnelly and Ross Megan to find out more about the campaign and how people can sign a petition to grow support.
