His solution? An on-site Dormy House, where employees could live for the extended time they are working at the facility, instead of fending for housing on their own.

His initial build, at the fabulous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon, just might the model for new and existing resorts. And that might just lead to even better experiences at those venues where you and your buddies are headed to play!
