A citizen is unlawfully brutalized by the police, an audio recording gives a contradictory account of what the arresting officers asserts happened.  It don't matter the prosecution still tries to obtain a conviction against the victim of the police violence.  That's the name of the game.  And defending people against unlawful police brutality cases is what we public defenders do.  Enjoy.
