Dr. Allison Collier is a board certified Internal Medicine specialist, and is also a faculty member of OVC's Department of Clinical Studies. Her research interests focus on small animal gastrointestinal disease. In this episode, she talks about the use of fecal microbial transplant, which is the delivery of healthy fecal microbes to a diseased patient’s gastrointestinal tract, to help give veterinarians another tool to combat gastrointestinal diseases!
