Meet Stephanie Bizzeth - an African Nova Scotian, born and raised in Cole Harbour. An Occupational Therapist currently working in mental health and addictions. A humble student in the practice of yoga, meditation, and shadow work. Through this journey she has been finding her voice and getting LOUD about anti-black racism.
