We are back to wrap up our 'Christmas in July' series with a fan favorite from 2020: Hallmark Channel's 'Christmas by Starlight,' starring Kimberley Sustad and Paul Campbell.

This movie has it all: laughs, heart, a big-bad developer (BBD, if you're new around here), and a few sappy moments to get Josh's Cry Count(TM) going.
