Jo Evans and Peter Lynas chat about the race for First Minister in Scotland, and are joined by author and speaker Emma Scrivener, who wrote 'A New Name' and 'A New Day', to talk about Channel 4's documentary on assisted suicide (with Dame Prue Leith and Danny Kruger MP) and mental health more broadly.

They discuss eating disorders, depression and anxiety, what the church can be doing to support those struggling, and the ultimate hope that can be found.
