Ex Opere Operato means “From the work performed” or that the sacrament itself, when performed correctly, carries the grace of God. 

“If it is Peter baptizing, it is Christ who baptizes through him. If Judas baptizes, it is still Christ who baptizes through him.“ St. Augustine 

Ex Opere Operantis means “from the work of the doer.” It is concerned with the moral condition of the minister administering the sacrament.
