Also joining the podcast is 16-year old actress and dancer Liv Simone who discusses racism as a form of bullying.

September is National Suicide Prevention month and in this episode, Ethan and Everet openly discuss the impact that suicide has on teens from the perspective of  those battling suicidal thoughts and the perspective of teens who have lost someone to suicide.

Written by Ben Olsen and Sophie Pecora, the song is a plea for those struggling with thoughts of suicide to "stay with me...just hold on" and "Choose To Stay."

In this episode, Seth speaks with Jonesy Fedderson, professional BMX rider, Stand4kind team member and overall advocate for kindness. Jonny (our sound engineer) joins in the conversation as Jonesy explores how being kind to himself and others has helped him excel in his sport and influence other riders.

Seth and Kyle sit down with family friend and high school teacher, Rachel Kime. Rachel is passionate about helping students feel loved, seen and understood, and takes a very human approach to connecting with her students through literature. 

For episode four of this season we sat down with the head of Stand4kind's ambassador program, Davie Tanner. Davie has taught in Jr. High and High School, and shares insights regarding bullying, kindness and why he chose education.
