We were joined by very special guest Neil Hunter, Chief Learning Officer and Partner at Deloitte Canada. 

This was an incredible opportunity to tap into the mind of one of the great learning and development gurus today, and Neil brought all kinds of perspective to a short conversation. We dove into the changing cultural landscape and it's impact on learning, how our own rewards system is sometimes motivated to learn for the wrong reasons, and of course -- Neil will teach us how to STRIP. 

that is.... how to get back to our bare selves and learn the way we should learn.... hopefully with clothes on, but hey - you do you! Let's learn together (and seriously, go put on some pants!)
