Today's episode is all about mental wellness. Our two guests bravely share stories about experiences that shook them to their core and the impact those experiences had on their mental health. They also talk about healing.

Our guests are Shelby Dennett, Financial Services Manager, and Jenn Koh, former Senior Change Management Consultant at Prospera and an ongoing friend of our organization.

Harvard’s Center for Wellness and Health Promotion has an excellent definition of Spiritual Wellness. It says that ‘spiritual wellbeing can stem from beliefs, faith, values, ethics or moral principles that provide purpose and meaning in our lives.
