Dawn Baumgartner, a licensed clinical social worker, certified yoga teacher, and trauma specialist, joins 3Ps hosts Angelia and Danielle to talk about how to best care for yourself, your family, and your students during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dawn currently works for Phoenix Elementary School District #1, Arizona State University's School of Social Work, and KOI-Education.
