In this episode, we feature a panel discussion that was recorded in Dublin in July at the EATA and ITAA International Trainers Meeting, where John and I were very fortunate to be able to record this in person.
Our guests, all Training and Supervising Transactional Analysts (TSTA) representing each field of TA, are:
Andy Williams - Psychotherapy
Eva Acs - Counselling
Sylvie Rossi - Organisational
Rosemary Napper - Educational
The question we discussed, also the theme of the trainer's meeting, was:
What ideas and views do you have about the challenges, changes needed, and possible opportunities in TA training during uncertain times?
