This audio was taken from Zúme Training's second track session and last year's National Disciple Making Forum. Curtis Sergeant (leader of the original subteam that began working on Zúme) informed us about the four stages of the training cycle (model, assist, watch, and leave) in order to equip the people we're discipling to go and disciple others.
