I spoke with Mr. Thabo Mamojele the brainchild behind Big Brother in Rugby (BBR) and a professional rugby player himself. BBR is a leadership and mentoring program aimed at young and upcoming rugby players where they get to interact with professional and ex rugby players helping them make it through the ranks. This program is extensive in that it reaches out to many communities in and around Johannesburg and seeks to look at other alternative ways of empowering aspiring rugby players and also looks to assist those who are stuck after a life of professional rugby.
