This week, Sam talks to me about how his faith is important in all he does. He talks about his passion for helping people see who Jesus is, and how Jesus can make a difference in your life. From growing up in a christian household, to not really practicing his faith throughout his teens to early forties, and then finding Jesus again, and committing himself to Jesus and his service. Such a humble man with a wonderful story and a sense of humour to add in to the mix, this is definitely one to listen to. Enjoy!

In this weeks episode with Children & Youth worker Amanda Coombe, we talk about how Jesus has always been a constant in Amandas life. About changing from school teacher to children and youth worker for the Church in Wales, and how God has found a way for that calling on her life to continue within the Roose LMA. We talk about Motherhood and the effect it has on our identities, and how isolating it can be, being a young mum particularly in rural areas, but generally as your entire life changes, and how God and faith can play a huge part in navigating the strange world of motherhood. 

This weeks special talks about how there is enough for everyone, if we all share our resources and value skill and what a person gives to society rather than how much money that person can earn. 

In this episode I talk to Rev Marcus about his journey from Atheist, to Environmental Scientist, to Priest in the church in Wales. Rev Marcus talks about his relationship with God and his love for Gods creation. 

Today Rev Sophie is joined by Father Neil, Rev Marcus and Venerable Eileen Davies (Archdeacon of Cardigan and founder of Tir Dewi). In this episode we talk about the importance of 'common' land. Why as Christians we should be protecting it, and how we can help support farmers in their task of farming inherited land. We look too at Psalm 114 and discuss how God is present in and through creation. 

Rev Sophie and Pastor Matt Nightingale have a deeply personal conversation about growing up in a fundamental christian background, where being Gay really was not an option. Matt talks about his struggle with his own sexual identity, his mixed orientation marriage and the devastating effects that repressing your true identity can have. However, Matt talks also of hope, reconciliation, the love of Jesus, and how that love and knowledge of an all loving God can and does change lives.
